Sally’s career in the nonprofit sector spans 30+ years. She has filled diverse senior leadership roles and served as a consultant to organizations with varied missions and scales of operation, from hyper-local to international. Her professional experience helped shape the mission of Spur Community Foundation and led to her position as its founding Executive Director. Sally has a passion for coaching nonprofits to advance strategically toward their most aspirational goals. She also loves engaging people to give back to their community with purpose and impact while having positive donor experiences.

 Prior to her career in the nonprofit sector, Sally worked for Comcast as its Director of New Business Development for Advertising Sales, and for Smith Barney Harris Upham in Institutional Equity Sales. Sally holds a B.A. from Yale. She has lived in the Valley since 1997 and is the proud parent of two grown children who are grateful to have been raised in such an amazing community.
